Return Policy

All sales made through kevinlaewing.com are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is defective or damaged upon receipt. Please note that Digital Products (eBooks and Audiobooks) are files that are compatible on all devices. The eBooks are ePub files and the Audiobooks are MP3 files. Please note that the customer is responsible for having the correct Apps (Applications) on the device prior to the purchase. See the directions listed under the Book tab if you are experiencing device issues.

Exchange Policy

If a defective or damaged item is received, please contact us within 3 days with images and details of the product. Send all information to kevinlaewinghelp@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund. This also applies to paperback book orders.

Cancellation Policy

If a paperback book order has been placed on kevinlaewing.com and it has not shipped out yet, we will gladly cancel or adjust the order. Please inform us of the changes needed via email to kevinlaewinghelp@gmail.com.

By placing an order with kevinlaewing.com, you agree to these terms and conditions at the time of the sales transaction. This includes the no return policies. We strongly encourage each customer to carefully review the entire order and all product information before making a purchase.
